Beginner 1.1, 1.2:
Students will do drills with hand-eye coordination, warm-ups (dynamic stretch), partner drills with simulated stroke technique (throwing balls before using rackets), and the tennis court lines. Each day a new stroke will be presented. Students will also play competitive games which highlight the stroke of the day.

Advanced Beginner:
Please notice the ages overlap in this category. Advanced beginners already understand the mechanics of how to hit the ball using the “loop/circle” technique. They also have confidence in their hand-eye coordination. These lessons will also focus on one stroke per day. First, a practice to tweak and improve the stroke, then in a competitive game. Players will also begin with dynamic stretch and partner warm-up.

Intermediate/Advanced Int.
Students will begin with dynamic stretch and partner drills. Strokes, proper grips, footwork and court coverage will be stressed. Students will use the strokes in competitive drills and games.

*All classes must have a minimum of 4 participants to take place. Invite a friend!

There are no make-ups—neither for weather nor for personal schedules. A private class cannot be added. In the case of humid conditions when it is not raining, classes will be held on the Har-Tru (green clay) courts. They are much safer in damp weather.
